White Chocolate Strawberry Crunch Bark

5 minutes - that's all you need to get this sweet sweet prepped and ready to eat - plus the twenty minutes chill time.  White chocolate + Laura's Gourmet White Chocolate Strawberry Crunch = a bark that's worth every bite.

White Chocolate Strawberry Crunch Bark

Prep time:5 minutes
Cook Time:1 minute, plus 30 minutes for chilling
Servings:Makes 10 small pieces

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup White Chocolate Strawberry Crunch by Laura's Gourmet
  • 1 cup White Chocolate Melting Wafers (i.e. Ghirardelli) or white chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Place chocolate in a microwave safe bowl and microwave on high for 40 seconds.
  • Remove from microwave and stir until smooth.
  • Fold in the White Chocolate Strawberry Granola and mix well to combine
  • Spread on a sheet tray lined with a silicone baking sheet or parchment. Refrigerate at least 20 minutes
  • Break into bite sized pieces. Can be stored at cool room temperature or refrigerated.
