Refund policy

1. Gourmet Pantry

  • Returns: Not accepted. Food products cannot be returned for food safety reasons.
  • Replacement: Available for orders that arrive damaged, incorrect or incomplete.
  • Store Credit: Offered in lieu of replacement when a replacement is not available or not the right resolution. Issued only on verified purchases from laurasgourmet.com and only when requested within the 3-business-day window of receipt. The credit equals the purchase price of the products (plus shipping if paid) and expires 90 days after issue. Cash refunds are not offered.

All claims must be submitted within 3 business days of delivery. Claims submitted after this window will not be accepted.

2. CounterCool® and CoolConnect™

  • Returns: Accepted for shipping damage only. All other returns are subject to a $20 restocking fee plus the cost of return shipping.
  • Replacement: Available for orders that arrive damaged due to shipping.
  • Refund: Issued after the returned item is received and inspected. The $20 restocking fee and the cost of the return shipping label are deducted from the refund.

All claims must be submitted within 3 business days of delivery. Claims submitted after this window will not be accepted.

3. How to File a Claim

Email hello@laurasgourmet.com within 3 business days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and the packaging

We reserve the right to deny claims that do not include the required information. Claims submitted without photos may not be processed.

4. How We Resolve It

Once we verify your claim, we will send a replacement of the same item. Replacements are subject to product availability. If the item is unavailable, we will contact you to arrange an alternative.

5. Refund and Store Credit Timing

Approved refunds for CounterCool® and CoolConnect™ (less the restocking fee and the cost of the return shipping label) are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Approved store credit for Gourmet Pantry is issued within 2 business days of claim approval.

6. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update this return and refund policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted to this page. Continued use of our website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
