Not just for a special occasion, these bites are the perfect combination of dark or white chocolate, melted then combined with CherryRific Crunch. Cherries and chocolate? Yes, we did that.
Dark and White Chocolate CherryRific Truffles Recipe

16 total - 8 each type of chocolate
Ingredients
- 1 cup of dark chocolate melting morsels
- 1 cup of white chocolate melting morsels
- 1 cup CherryRific Crunch granola, divided in half
Instructions
- Place each type of chocolate in microwave safe bowls. Microwave on high in two 35 second bursts.
- Remove from microwave and add 1/2 cup of granola to each bowl. Mix well.
- Refrigerate for 15 minutes. Do not chill longer as chocolate will harden and you won't be able to portion it.
- Using a portion scoop or 1 Tablespoon measure, scoop the mixture into a ball and place on a silicone or parchment lined sheet tray.
- Chill 15 minutes or overnight. Can be stored refrigerated or at room temperature in a sealed container up to two weeks, assuming they last that long.
