Chocolate and Granola Dipped Frozen Bananas Recipe

- Bananas, peeled, cut into thirds 2 large
- Bittersweet Chocolate, melted 1 cup
- Laura’s Gourmet Granola, Flavor of Choice 1 cup
Instructions
- Dip bananas into melted chocolate, allow excess to drip off, then roll in granola.
- Place, one of the cut sides down, on a plate or sheet tray lined with a Silpat, wax paper or parchment. Insert a lollipop stick, skewer or toothpick into the exposed end of banana.
- Immediately put dipped bananas into the freezer and allow to chill at least two hours.
